The overall objective of D4RUNOFF is to create a novel framework for the prevention and management of diffuse pollution from urban runoff through the data-driven design of hybrid nature-based solutions (NBS) adapted to current and future risk scenarios. This innovative approach will support water utilities, urban planners and policy makers in defining urban runoff and stormwater management plans to improve the quality of water discharged to water bodies, taking into account climate change.
