AI-Based system for automated information retrieval and analysis in naval projects

Description
The main objective of this project is the conception, design and development of a technological prototype aimed at automating and optimizing the process of searching, analyzing and collecting information required for the subsequent generation of quotations for naval machinery.
To achieve this goal, advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques will be applied, enabling the system to autonomously explore information sources, extract relevant knowledge and structure data. This approach will significantly reduce quotation preparation times and improve accuracy.
The proposed system will be capable of interacting with internal document repositories, historical databases and external sources, facilitating the retrieval of technical, commercial and economic information from previous projects. In addition, the prototype will establish the foundations for future evolution towards recommendation systems and decision-support tools in the naval engineering domain.
Objectives
- Development of AI models: Design, train and validate Machine Learning models specialized in Natural Language Processing to enable semantic search, classification and automatic extraction of relevant information from historical and technical documentation.
- Prototype implementation and integration platform: Develop a functional prototype accessible through a web platform and/or API, enabling easy use by end users and seamless integration with existing company information systems.
