The main objective of the innovation plan is to improve CERNA’s processes for the provision of a new technology consulting service supported by the incorporation of an IoT platform, which facilitates decision-making in the process of implementation of technological solutions for the increase of efficiency and quality assurance in the production processes of the industries of the first transformation of the wood sector within the framework of industry 4.0.
