Development an advanced prototype of a conversational assistant for Toldos Gómez company, designed to transform the way the company accesses and manages its document repository. The solution was based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies, integrating large language models (LLMs) with generative capabilities to provide an intuitive natural language interface.

The system enables employees to quickly and accurately retrieve technical and product information, including data on internal processes, suppliers, and lessons learned, optimizing decision-making and reducing time spent on critical tasks such as design, installation, and repair.

Thanks to this project, Toldos Gómez has digitized and optimized its internal processes, incorporating an innovative tool that combines AI, NLP, and user experience, contributing to greater efficiency and competitiveness.
