Description

Enhancing energy audit schemes in energy intensive industries with practical approaches. The project will support Energy Intensive Industries (EII) with operational groups to provide technical, financial, regulatory and training support to start their energy efficiency journey and accompany them in the implementation of energy efficiency measures to meet EU emission reduction goals.

The activities to be carried out are:

  • Launch of a call to engage EII (Electro Intensive Industries) interested in benefiting from the “Energy Efficiency Service” that will be given through the project.
  • Schedule on the spot visits with the most relevant stakeholders to analyse with them conclusions of their energy efficiency levers and stablish a case study portfolio at EU level.
  • Compilation of existing training content, tools, successful stories, and other relevant documents for professionals at EU level.
  • Guide EII through the identification and implementation of energy efficiency measures.
  • Development of a good practices white book: An open access document for policy makers that summarizes the project results, practical actions and conclusion from open discussion forums in each operational group.
