BSC AI Factory

The sectoral hubs of the AI Factory of the Barcelona Supercomputing Center-Centro Nacional de Supercomputación (BSC-CNS) are created to drive the adoption, development and application of artificial intelligence in strategic sectors of the Spanish economy, through the activation and support of their ecosystems. Linked to the BSC AI Factory — a BSC-CNS initiative aimed at accelerating the adoption of AI solutions in strategic industrial sectors — they act as collaborative spaces bringing together SMEs, startups, associations, clusters and technology centres, facilitating shared access to advanced infrastructures, data, models, expert knowledge and specialised talent. 

Five specialised hubs (health, pharma and biotech; agriculture, climate and blue economy; energy; finance and legal; and communication and media) will work in a coordinated manner to create applied AI solutions with real impact on the processes, products or services of the corresponding sector, and to connect sectoral actors with the capabilities of the BSC AI Factory and its technological and scientific resources
