Development of a recommender system (intelligent planner) to anticipate daily orders of products to be served in the factory based on historical sales data corresponding to 2017, 2018 and 2019. Development of an intelligent system based on artificial intelligence techniques for the daily prediction of the demand for units to be produced. The development of the system is framed within the development of a pilot implementation based on a proof of concept whose objective is to determine the viability of the system in terms of hourly demand planning predictions. The system to be implemented will be installed in the infrastructures made available by Coren and will be integrated at least with the order management system.
