The overall goal of the project is to develop an Intelligent Platform for Career Guidance and Talent Development. The platform will have multiple functions in both pre and post-hiring phases: during the pre-hiring phase, it will determine the candidate’s competency level, accurately identify knowledge gaps, and ultimately display real job opportunities for the candidate within the territory, pinpointing them temporally and geographically. In the post-hiring phase, it will be an essential tool for defining professional goals and designing the roadmap to achieve the worker’s socio-professional objectives.
