RETECH
Territorial Networks of Technological Specialization

Description
RETECH poses the ambitious challenge of developing an advanced mobile laboratory that allows the airspace to be characterized and audited in a specific area on a temporary basis (airports, cities, critical infrastructures, large events, etc.). The objective is to capture heterogeneous data and generate knowledge of the environment to create tools, tests and procedures that contribute to a safer airspace in terms of cybersecurity.
The project also implements the software and hardware capacity necessary to emulate the presence of drones in a predefined environment through the simulation and real transmission of their C2 signals, to test the current detection systems and evaluate the technical and operations that respond to possible real threats.
All this, without paralyzing or interfering with the real activity of the infrastructures. Thus, it would allow the generation of simulations by emitting signals from the drones without the need for them to fly (invisible drones), in a way that helps optimize procedures, training and even the performance of periodic tests to calibrate and maintain the systems. installed detection devices.
This initiative is structured into five lines of action:
- Design and manufacturing of the Advanced Mobile Laboratory for UAS Airspace CIBER Audits
- Cyber Threat Detection SW using Drone Air Traffic Analyzer and radioelectric environment through sensor fusion and SDR.
- Nearby airspace cybersecurity characterization and audit SW
- SW for simulation of cybersecurity threats and non-collaborative UAS traffic
- User interfaces and delegated access
