Description

Development of a tool for recharging electric vehicles on poles powered by renewable energies. The objective is to create low-cost electric vehicles to facilitate sustainable and clean mobility in the tourist areas of Huelva and the Portuguese Algarve. T2UES will promote mobility in the Huelva Coast and the Portuguese Algarve by means of clean energy, especially in the summer season, when the towns located in these areas reach four or five times their stable population. An initiative that promotes the creation of an eco-friendly, light and agile intra-urban transport ecosystem with small vehicles and sufficient autonomy for small journeys designed for tourist use (from urban centres and hotels to the beaches and vice versa).

Intelligent control system and software architecture: design, development and testing of the control system that will govern the energy flows between the charging stations and the vehicles, taking into account the available stored energy and the production capacity of all the devices, as well as the forecast use of the vehicles. It will also develop the service software architecture that will allow the monitoring of vehicle and charging station status by users.

ITG’s role: development of a tool for charging electric vehicles on poles powered by renewable energies, contribution of IoT software.
