Description
The objective of this project is to develop a prototype of a conversational agent that enables interactive and personalized guidance for potential Miramar Cruises customers in selecting holiday destinations.
Integrated into the company’s corporate website, the conversational agent will use artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to analyze and understand the intentions and context of conversations with users. It will provide individualized responses, thereby enhancing the overall user experience.
