The objective of the project is to develop a prototype of a conversational agent (chatbot) integrated with the booking platform for the company Sazón. The platform operates as a marketplace in the tourism sector, particularly in the restaurant industry, and the conversational agent allows effective, personalized, and real-time communication with its users, thus enhancing their experience and satisfaction. The chatbot will be designed so that customers can interact with it on their website or through instant messaging applications like WhatsApp. Additionally, it will utilize natural language processing and machine learning technologies to understand and respond to customer queries and requests in real-time.
