Description

The primary sector faces significant challenges derived from the complexity of administrative procedures, the dispersion of digital services, and the digital divide between rural and urban environments. These difficulties place an additional burden on farmers and livestock breeders, reducing their competitiveness and limiting their capacity to focus on productive activities. In this context, the project proposes the development of a centralized and comprehensive digital platform for administrative services, supported by an intelligent virtual assistant, aimed at facilitating access to procedures, guiding users to the appropriate channels, and resolving the most frequent doubts. This will simplify interactions with public administrations, improve the efficiency of farms, and foster the digital transformation of the primary sector.

Objectives:

  • Develop a centralized and comprehensive administrative services platform for the primary sector, customizable according to user profile.
  • Implement a virtual assistant capable of identifying the required procedure or service, directing users to the corresponding website, and resolving common questions related to digital procedures.
  • Reduce administrative workload and associated costs for farmers and livestock breeders.
  • Increase the competitiveness and profitability of farms.
  • Decrease the digital divide affecting the primary sector and rural areas compared to urban environments.
  • Contribute to the fight against climate change by reducing travel and resource consumption associated with in-person procedures.
  • Encourage the incorporation of women and young people into the sector by lowering administrative barriers.
  • Promote the transfer of results and the adoption of the developed solutions across the primary sector.
