Description

The Advanced Joint Purchasing System (SACC) is an intelligent digital tool designed to improve the profitability and competitiveness of dairy farms in Galicia by optimizing the supply of raw materials. By processing historical data from producers and distributors on quality, price, and yield, and cross-referencing it with local geoclimatic variables, the system generates personalized recommendations and product classifications to facilitate more advantageous purchasing decisions. Furthermore, it promotes the circular economy by integrating a database for the marketing of agricultural by-products among professionals in the sector.

Objectives:

  • Increase the competitiveness and profitability of dairy farms through the high-value knowledge provided by the tool, developed from the shared experience between producers and distributors. This objective aims to provide producers with tools that improve their negotiating position in the purchase of raw materials, optimizing the supply process.
  • Generate a database of products and by-products that can be acquired by other professionals in the sector or interested parties, thus achieving economic, environmental and social benefits for the farms of origin, since in this way management tasks are eliminated and the circular economy is promoted in the dairy farms.
