Develop an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based prototype to optimize stock management throughout the entire spirits production cycle. This includes inventory control of raw materials (such as grains, hops, and yeasts), management of semi-finished products, and finally, finished goods.

This system will enable real-time monitoring and adjustment of inventory levels, improve demand forecasting accuracy, and minimize costs associated with storage and production—all while ensuring the availability of necessary inputs to meet demand.

Objectives:

• Implementation of an Inventory Optimization Model: Develop an optimization system that automatically manages stock levels based on demand forecasts and defined parameters.
• Creation of an Integration API: Design and implement an API to facilitate the integration of the prototype with other company systems and components, ensuring efficient access to model data and results within Hermanos Paniagua S.L.’s technological ecosystem.
